Je nachdem\, ob ein Schmerzimpuls beim Ein- oder Ausatmen gesetzt wird\, kann der Schmerz als mehr oder weniger stark empfunden werden. Dabei hat einerseits die empfangende Person die Möglichkeit\, die eigene Atmung bewusst anzupassen. Andererseits hat die gebende Person die Möglichkeit\, bewusst mit oder gegen die Atmung der empfangenden Person Schmerzen zu erzeugen. Eine dritte Möglichkeit ist\, für die Atmung der empfangenden Personen Regeln festzulegen. Wir werden in diesem Workshop mit praktischen Übungen verschiedene Varianten ausprobieren um zu spüren\, welche Wirkungen sich durch bewusstes Einsetzen der Atmung erzielen lassen. Für die Übungen ist jedes Spielzeug\, mit dem ihr besonders kontrolliert und dosiert Schmerzen zufügen könnt\, bestens geeignet. Es gibt im Quälgeist auch ein breites Sortiment an Schlagwerkzeugen zum Ausleihen und Ausprobieren. Der Workshop ist für Neulinge und Erfahrene gleichermaßen geeignet. \nDie Teilnahme am Workshop ist kostenlos. \nAnmeldung zum Workshop ist erforderlich. \nEinlass zum Workshop ist von 14:00 Uhr bis 14:15 Uhr. \nDer Workshop wird auf Deutsch gehalten. Depending on whether a pain impulse is given while inhaling or exhaling\, the pain can be perceived as more or less intense. On the one hand\, the receiving person has the opportunity to consciously adjust their own breathing. On the other hand\, the giving person has the opportunity to consciously induce pain with or against the breathing of the receiving person. A third option is to set rules for the receiving person´s breathing. In this workshop\, we will try out different variations with practical exercises to feel the effects that can be achieved through the conscious use of breathing. Any toy that allows you to inflict pain in a controlled and easy to dose way is ideal for the exercises. Quälgeist also has a wide range of impact instruments available to borrow and try out. Von Freitagabend bis Sonntag 15:00 Uhr sind die Räume des Quälgeist durchgehend für Bondagefans und solche\, die es werden wollen\, geöffnet. Einlass ab 18:00\, gemeinsamer Beginn um 19:00 Uhr. Gemeinsamer Abschluss am Sonntag gegen 16:00 Uhr. Du kannst kommen und gehen wann Du möchtest\, lediglich zwischen 0 und 8 Uhr nachts ist kein Einlass möglich. Geschlossene Veranstaltung – Anmeldung erforderlich! \nWir bieten eine sichere und entspannte Atmosphäre für alles rund ums Fesseln\, egal ob gemütlich auf dem Bondagebrett oder schwebend am Flaschenzug. Damit die Gefesselten in Ruhe in ihren individuellen Space abheben können\, sind laute Geräusche im Spielbereich wie zum Beispiel von Peitschen und Floggern an diesem Wochenende nicht erwünscht. Für Unterhaltungen und Gespräche steht unser Barbereich zur Verfügung. \nDer Eintrittspreis umfasst die Tagesmitgliedschaft für das gesamte Wochenende sowie einen pauschalen Beitrag für Getränke und Essen. Darin enthalten sind Tee\, Kaffee\, Wasser\, Cola/Fanta und Säfte (“fair flatrate”)\, ein kleines Frühstücksbuffet\, Kaffee & Kuchen am Nachmittag und ein warmes Essen am Abend (auch vegetarisch). Alkoholische Getränke und spezielle Getränke sind an der Bar zum normalen Barpreis erhältlich. \nBitte beachte\, dass der genannte Wochenendpreis in voller Höhe beim Zutritt zur Veranstaltung an der Abendkasse fällig wird und nicht anteilig erstattet werden kann\, falls Du nicht bis Sonntag bleiben kannst oder möchtest. \nEine Übernachtung in Betten in unseren Vereinsräumen ist leider nicht möglich\, aber Du kannst die ganze Nacht durch bei uns bleiben und “durchfesseln”. Ein Bereich zum Ausruhen steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Gerne geben wir auf Anfrage Tipps zu Hotels oder Pensionen in Berlin. \nDamit genug Platz für alle zum Spielen in den Räumen bleibt\, ist die Teilnehmerzahl auf maximal 50 Personen begrenzt. From Friday evening to Sunday 3.00pm the rooms of the Quälgeist are open continuously for bondage fans and those who want to become one. Doors open at 6.00pm\, common start at 7.00pm. Common end around 4:00p.m. on Sunday. You can come and go as you please\, only between midnight and 8.00am there is no admission. Special closed event – registration required! \nWe offer a safe and relaxed atmosphere for everything to do with bondage\, whether comfortably on the bondage board or floating on the pulley. To allow the bound to take off in their individual space in peace\, loud noises in the play area\, such as from whips and floggers\, are not welcome this weekend. Our bar area is available for conversation. \nThe entrance fee includes the day membership for the entire weekend as well as a fee for drinks and meals. This includes tea\, coffee\, water\, coke/fanta and juices (´fair flatrate´)\, a small breakfast buffet\, coffee & cake in the afternoon and a hot meal in the evening (also vegetarian). Alcoholic drinks and special drinks are available at the bar at the normal price. \nPlease note that the stated weekend price is payable in full on entry to the event at our box office and cannot be refunded pro rata if you cannot or do not wish to stay until Sunday. \nUnfortunately\, it is not possible to sleep in our club rooms in proper beds\, but you can stay with us all night and tie up (or be tied up) the whole night. We will be happy to give you tips on hotels or guesthouses in Berlin on request. \nTo leave enough space for everyone to play in the rooms\, the number of participants is limited to a maximum of 50.
