Je nachdem\, ob ein Schmerzimpuls beim Ein- oder Ausatmen gesetzt wird\, kann der Schmerz als mehr oder weniger stark empfunden werden. Dabei hat einerseits die empfangende Person die Möglichkeit\, die eigene Atmung bewusst anzupassen. Andererseits hat die gebende Person die Möglichkeit\, bewusst mit oder gegen die Atmung der empfangenden Person Schmerzen zu erzeugen. Eine dritte Möglichkeit ist\, für die Atmung der empfangenden Personen Regeln festzulegen. Wir werden in diesem Workshop mit praktischen Übungen verschiedene Varianten ausprobieren um zu spüren\, welche Wirkungen sich durch bewusstes Einsetzen der Atmung erzielen lassen. Für die Übungen ist jedes Spielzeug\, mit dem ihr besonders kontrolliert und dosiert Schmerzen zufügen könnt\, bestens geeignet. Es gibt im Quälgeist auch ein breites Sortiment an Schlagwerkzeugen zum Ausleihen und Ausprobieren. Depending on whether a pain impulse is given while inhaling or exhaling\, the pain can be perceived as more or less intense. On the one hand\, the receiving person has the opportunity to consciously adjust their own breathing. On the other hand\, the giving person has the opportunity to consciously induce pain with or against the breathing of the receiving person. A third option is to set rules for the receiving person´s breathing. In this workshop\, we will try out different variations with practical exercises to feel the effects that can be achieved through the conscious use of breathing. Any toy that allows you to inflict pain in a controlled and easy to dose way is ideal for the exercises. Quälgeist also has a wide range of impact instruments available to borrow and try out. DESCRIPTION:Einlass bis 19:15 Uhr / Admission until 19:15   \n▼ ENGLISH BELOW ▼\nHypnose und BDSM sind näher verwandt als viele annehmen\, denn der Subspace ist einer Trance sehr ähnlich.\nWir bieten einen Workshop und parallel einen Stammtisch für alle Interresierten zum Thema ´Erotische & Kinky Hypnose´.\nDas Thema des Workshop variiert von Monat zu Monat und wird jeweils im Vormonat festgelegt. Vom Anfängerworkshop\, der alle 4 Monate angeboten wird\, bis hin zu Experten Themen ist alles mögliche dabei.\n\nDer Stammtisch ist für alle\, die einfach einen entspannten Abend verbringen wollen\, mit anderen Fachsimpeln wollen\, die vielleicht das Workshopthema schonmal gesehen haben oder vielleicht noch etwas Erfahrung sammeln wollen bevor sie sich an das Workshop-Thema rantrauen.\n\nNach dem Workshop kann gerne geübt & (ruhig) gespielt werden. \n\nThema für Dezember: Memory Play \n\nBeweise deiner*m dummen Sklave*in wie dumm sie*er ist. Vielleicht kann sie*er sich nicht mehr an ihren*seinen Namen erinnern oder die einfachsten Rechnungen werden plötzlich zu unlösbaren Aufgaben.\n\nOder überrasche dein Subby\, es wacht auf aus einer schönen\, entspannenden Trance auf\, in der scheinbar nichts besonderes passiert ist und plötzlich passieren unerwartete Dinge. Das Subby wird gehorsam und unterwürfig\, wenn es nur das Halsband sieht oder horny und needy wenn du ein harmloses Wort in ihr*sein Ohr flüsterst.\n\nMit Memory Play kannst du (temporär) den Zugang zu Erinnerungen wegnehmen und selbstverständlich später wieder zurück geben. Das kann so was simples sein wie der Name oder ein paar Zahlen. Das ist nicht nur für Showhypnose lustig\, du kannst deinem  Sklaven zeigen\, wie dumm er ist (und du besser das Denken und die Kontrolle Übernimmst)\, weil er nicht mal mehr die Finger seiner Hand abzählen kann (vorrausgesetzt die Person mag diese Art der Erniedrigung). Und Metaconsent vorrausgesetzt kannst du auch vergessen lassen\, was in einer Session passiert ist um später für Überraschungen zu sorgen oder sogar vergessen lassen\, dass Zeit an sich vergangen ist.\n \nMemory Play kann eines der intensivsten Erlebnisse sein\, weil sie im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes mindblowing sein können. Maybe they can´t remember their name or the simplest calculations suddenly become unsolvable tasks.\n \nOr surprise your sub by waking up from a nice\, relaxing trance in which nothing special seems to have happened and suddenly unexpected things happen: The subby becomes obedient and submissive when it only sees the collar or horny and needy when you whisper a harmless word in its ear.\n \nWith Memory Play you can (temporarily) take away access to memories and of course give it back later. This can be something as simple as a name or a few numbers. We recommend the workshop to those who already have some experience with hypnosis – whether active or passive – and/or have a partner they trust very well. \n\nNote: The workshop is held in German\, we have often other participants that can interpret. The workshop and munch faciliators speak English so you can ask questions or give Feedback in English.  We can provide the workshop handout in English.
